Full Description	In everyday life while watching videos it takes more time to seek to video position where we are interested. By adding a seek bar based on notes is a simple solution and going to be a successful solution for this problem. For example: While recording a presentation add a simple note at interested places. These notes will be sequenced based on time of record and shown in a separate notes seekbar. While watching the recorded session one can go to the interested point just by clicking the notes.
